Luke has 26 years of Financial Services experience, 13 of which have been focused on credit and esoteric assets. At the leading consumer loan platform, Prosper Marketplace (“Prosper”), Luke oversaw capital markets by marketing the platform to institutional investors and supervised the on-boarding process for new (loan purchase) accounts. He was also instrumental in creating the due diligence process for any fund or service provider being considered for the platform.
 

Prior to Prosper, Luke owned and operated Élan Alternative Group (“Élan”), a leading private placement agent. As the head of manager research, he specialized in credit and fintech analysis and performed institutional marketing of the underlying funds that Élan contracted with through his associated Broker-Dealer.
 

Luke spent several years in business development for technology companies in New York and San Francisco. Notably, during his four years at the financial media company, TheStreet.com, he focused on new revenue generation. During his two years at Internet search firm Ask.com he had responsibility for syndicating its technology and managing implementations.
 

Luke began his career at investment banking firm Robertson Stephens where he focused on venture distribution and corporate services, including cash management solutions.
 

Luke received his Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA),
 

Outside of work, Luke, his wife Lobi, and their four children are active volunteers with Bay Area Community Foundations.
